EffiFlex was founded by Alexander Burtovyi, a professional with a rare combination of legal expertise and deep technical knowledge.

Before entering the tech world, Alexander spent over a decade as a practicing lawyer, holding a Master’s degree in Law. Throughout his legal career, he advised businesses on complex regulatory and commercial matters — gaining a deep understanding of how companies work, grow, and face challenges.

Driven by a passion for building and solving problems, Alexander pursued a second academic path and earned a Master of Science in Software Engineering. He transitioned into full-stack development, combining his strategic mindset with hands-on engineering skills.

With this unique background, Alexander created EffiFlex — a company built on both logic and execution. His mission is simple: to deliver technology that not only works, but makes real business sense.
